The theme for this year’s Nutrition Month Celebration 2025 is “Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!” The goal of this advocacy is to remind everyone that having enough food and proper nutrition is a right of every person. It also aims to focus on food security, making sure that every family have accsess to healthy and safe food everyday.
In my own simple way, I can take part by practicing good eating habits and sharing the importance of healthy diet to my friends and family. I will also try to avoid wasting foods and support local farmers and productss when possible. Even small actions like this can help reach the goal of making food and nutrition a real priority for all.
